Validity
All
prices quoted to the client are inclusive of Service charge , Tax and
in United States Dollars. We assure that the prices or rates quoted to
the Client are correct at the time of issuing of the Client's quotation
and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposit
Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 30% (thirty per
cent) deposit is requested, and the total price for the services should
be paid at least 30 days (thirty days) prior to client's arrival in
Vietnam or staring date of the service, or otherwise Sao Dat Viet
may at their sole discretion cancel the bookings without any refund of
sums already paid to Sao Dat Viet by the Client.
Payment
Except as otherwise agreed by Sao Dat Viet,
Client's payment shall be executed by cash or credit card or bank
transfer. Except for cash payment, service charge may apply. The Client
is responsible for any bank charge relating to bank transfers. when
credit facilities have been agreed with the Client, swift or
telegraphic transfer to the following bank accounts shall execute
payment.
Cancellation
Save for the case where a Client loses its deposit as
mentioned above, charges for cancellation of booking are not levied by Sao Dat Viet but if hotels, carriers and other contractors apply
charges for cancellation, the Client shall be liable to pay those
charges to Sao Dat Viet or to the concerned parties directly as the
case may be.
Refund
No partial refund will be given for unused or cancelled services after the tour arrangements have commenced.
Most
payment may be refunded if unforeseen circumstances occur. Sao Dat Viet does not charge any cancellation fee for itself but if
hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation,
the client shall be liable to pay those charges to Sao Dat Viet or
to the concerned parties directly as the case may be.
Cancellation trips
Sao Dat Viet reserves the right to cancel or
reschedule any trip in accordance with operating requirements or
circumstances beyond its control. Should it occur, Sao Dat Viet would offer client an alternative arrangement. If there is a different
in cost, this shall be for client’s account. If client does not accept
this alternative or arrangement, Sao Dat Viet may treat this
contract as at an end. Sao Dat Viet will refund all money and will
then be under no further liability.
Insurance
Insurance is not included in the tour cost. Passengers are strongly
advised to have full travel insurance in the country of origin before
departure.
Responsibility
Sao Dat Viet acts as agents only for the companies
providing transport, accommodation or other services. Therefore, our
responsibilities are subject to the terms and conditions under which
transportation and services are offered. Some of these providers or
suppliers limit or exclude their liability. All possible care is taken
to ensure suppliers maintain high standards. However, as we do not
control the airlines, car operators or hotels, we cannot be responsible
in any way for problems resulting from the booking, howsoever arising,
unless it is direct result of negligence on our part.
One
of the highlights of traveling with Sao Dat Viet will be client’s
interaction with the people of the country that client is visiting.
Such interaction should be based on the respect of culture, rights and
opinions of others. Sao Dat Viet reserve the right to terminate the
provision of services to passengers deemed by either our tour guide or
management to behaving in a manner which might cause serious offence,
be in breach of the low or threatened the safety or significant
compromise the enjoyment of fellow travelers. |
